    Mamwana Bangwe Market is seeking a reliable Shop Manager to oversee daily shop operations. The role includes managing sales, supervising stock, ordering supplies, cash management, maintaining accurate sales records and ensuring the shop runs efficiently.

    The successful candidate must have knowledge of stock ordering, strong negotiation skills for purchasing farm produce, and basic computer literacy for sales and record management (Google Suite). The role also involves maintaining good customer service, monitoring inventory, and supporting the growth of the business.

    Requirements

    • MSCE required; business-related training, course or a degree/diploma is an advantage

    • Experience in retail, shop management, or sales

    • Knowledge of stock management and ordering

    • Ability to negotiate purchases of farm produce

    • Basic computer skills and good record-keeping

    • Must be located in Bangwe

    The successful candidate must be hardworking, attentive to detail, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining good customer service.

    Requirements

    MSCE required
    Experience in retail or sales is an advantage
